Mobile data SIM Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a mobile data SIM card and/or data plans from Lovemobiledata.com you enter a legally binding agreement with us on the following terms. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law and the terms governing your use of the mobile data SIM Services. By using the mobile data SIM, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms describe the basis for purchase by you and sale by us of the products described. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We reserve the right to refuse or fulfil any order which is deemed to have not been conducted in the correct way or where any foul play may have taken place. We also retain right to issue a full refund where a payment has been taken. By placing an order on Lovemobiledata.com and giving your debit or credit card details on our secure server you are bound and contracted to complete the transaction.

Mobile data SIM
Our mobile data SIMs are initially supplied with a preloaded data plan and you can add further GB (as defined on the site) to your mobile data SIM by purchasing a Top Up data plan.
Mobile data SIM services come in a variety of data plans (“GB(s)”). Please check the site for the details of the top-up amounts we currently offer.
Orders
Please ensure when placing your order you have selected the data plan size you require, and review this selection again at the Checkout. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect data plans being loaded and no refund or replacement will be offered.
Payment Method
We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as we can. Payments effected through this site are processed through Worldpay and Stripe using a secure encrypted server.
No Refund
If your mobile data SIM or any device through which you access the Services is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed or otherwise rendered unusable, you will lose any remaining credit/GB to use your mobile data SIM.
If the mobile data SIM Services are used in an unauthorised manner, we are not able to provide you with a refund of any credit/GB used in such manner.
In addition, as stated in Validity Period below, you will lose any remaining credit/GB to use the mobile data SIM Services after the validity period expires.
Validity Period
All data plans will last for 30 days from first use.
Your Responsibility
You must not use the mobile data SIM card for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, to make any communication which is, or is intended to be, malicious, fraudulent or hoax (including to the emergency services) or in any way which may damage or affect the operation of the data SIM services or any other telecommunications system.
The mobile data SIM Services are not to be used to send, receive, upload, download or otherwise facilitate any material which is offensive, indecent, defamatory, of a menacing nature, a nuisance, a breach of privacy, an infringement of copyright or any other intellectual property right or otherwise unlawful.
You must not operate, whether directly or through a third party, any device to route or re-route data or other Services on, from or to the Network, including but not limited to a GSM Gateway, commonly known as a ‘SIM box’.
If you do not comply with the above paragraph, your mobile data SIM card service may be suspended indefinitely and you will compensate us for all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and costs (including legal costs) which we may suffer as a result.
If you access the mobile data services on or near the border of a country through a third party network, you agree that you may not be able to access the services, but may instead be connected to the network of one of our un-supported roaming partners in which case your mobile data SIM services may be temporarily suspended.
Availability of Services
When we provide you with the mobile data SIM card services, we will use the reasonable skill and care of a competent service provider, but we cannot guarantee that the mobile data SIM services will always be fault-free. Some things will be out of our control, for example, mobile data SIM services are dependent on network operators and the services of such network operators can be affected by things that we cannot control.
At any time our supported network operators comprise of lots of different types of technologies. The services are made available provided you are in range of base stations forming part of the relevant technological network when trying to use any particular service. For example, you can only use 3G services when you are in range of a 3G base station and you can only use 4G services when you are in range of a 4G base station (which may only be available in certain geographical areas). Additionally, your location may affect the services if you are indoors and/or the thickness of the walls.
Your access to the mobile data SIM services may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. Your access may also be restricted if we are required to restrict it following instruction from the government, the emergency services or any other competent or lawful authority. In these circumstances, we will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. If there is an unusual use of the mobile data SIM services (for example, significantly increased traffic indicating fraudulent use), we may temporarily suspend your use of the mobile data SIM services to prevent you from incurring excessive or unwanted charges.

Marketing
By purchasing from Lovemobiledata.com you agree to receive communication from Lovemobiledata.com – from which you can unsubscribe at any time. Your details will never be shared with any external parties.
VAT
VAT on Sales
VAT is charged on sales within the European Union (EU). In accordance with the laws governing members of the EU, we are obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. In general, VAT is charged in accordance with the local legislation in each member state.
The prices displayed on Lovemobiledata.com for the data plans are exclusive of VAT. Your final price during checkout will reflect the correct VAT rate for the destination country of your order. This also includes orders processed from all EU countries, where the VAT amount will be applied based on the applicable VAT rate for the destination country of your order.
VAT on Sales for UK Customers
The mobile data plans are subject to VAT, and where applicable, the final price of your order will be inclusive of UK VAT as required by law.
It is possible for UK customers to place orders outside of the UK where the VAT will be charged in accordance with local legislation.
VAT on Sales for EU Customers Outside of the UK
We are required by law to apply VAT on orders processed within the EU. For customers with an EU address, VAT is charged in accordance with local legislation. VAT charges will be shown in the Email confirmation of your order.
VAT on Sales for Customers Outside of the UK and EU
For orders placed in countries outside of the UK and EU, VAT will not be charged.
VAT Registration Agreement
If you are VAT registered in an EU Member State and received a VAT registration number issued by an EU Member State then, subject to the conditions below you may submit that VAT registration number for purchasing from Lovemobiledata.com. Before submitting your VAT registration number, please read the following information. You may only submit your VAT registration number if you acknowledge and agree to all of the following conditions:
1) When you submit your VAT registration number for purchasing from Lovemobiledata.com and upon verification of that VAT registration number by us, our systems will determine whether VAT will be charged on your purchases and will automatically produce a valid VAT receipt in line with EU and your local VAT rules.
2) If VAT is not charged on your purchases you remain responsible to account for VAT, if applicable, according to the EU and your local VAT rules.
3) You remain responsible for VAT and other reporting obligations, if applicable, and according to the EU and your local VAT rules.
4) The VAT registration number you submit belongs to the business you operate, and that business is registered for VAT purposes in one of the EU Member States.
5) All transactions on your Lovemobiledata.com account will be business-related transactions made by the business associated with the VAT registration number you submit.
6) Your VAT registration number and all other information provided by you are true, accurate and up-to-date and you will immediately update any such information in the event of any changes.
7) All information including your VAT registration number will be collected, processed and maintained in accordance with the terms set out in Lovemobiledata.com Privacy Policy.
8) We reserve the right to request additional information and to verify the validity of your account information (including your VAT registration number and/or your VAT registration certificate) with you or with government authorities and agencies, as permitted by applicable law. You hereby authorise us to request and obtain this information from such government authorities and agencies as considers necessary. Further, you agree to provide any such information upon request.
9) We reserve the right to charge you any applicable unbilled VAT if you provide a VAT registration number that is determined to be invalid, not in accordance with your business details, or that the tax authorities have deemed not to be related to your Lovemobiledata.com account.
10) Until we verify your submitted VAT registration number, and show this as ‘active’ in your Lovemobiledata.com account, your purchases will be treated as non-business related.
Intellectual Property
The design of the mobile data SIM services, and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (“Marks”), are owned by or licensed to us. No licence is granted to you in these Terms and Conditions to use any trade mark or its affiliated companies including, without limitation, the trade mark Lovemobiledata.com.
General
If you allow another person to use your mobile data SIM they will be subject to these Terms & Conditions. We may transfer our rights under these Terms & Conditions to another business where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.
If you breach these Terms & Conditions and we choose to ignore this, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you breach these Terms & Conditions.
We shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms & Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to English law. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not happy with the way we deal with any disagreement and you want to take court proceedings, you must do so in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.
These Terms & Conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding use of the mobile data SIM services. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
We may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you and it is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions for any changes. Your continued use of the mobile data SIM Services following any amendment of these Terms & Conditions will signify your assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
Except as stated otherwise in this paragraph, a person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act. Any member of our business may enforce any provision of these terms as if it were a party to these terms.
Customer Service and Complaints
We will acknowledge complaints within 7 working days and advise you on how we plan to resolve the complaint. We will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process and do everything we can to come to an agreeable resolution.
Complete Agreement
These provisions constitute the entire Agreement with respect to the use of this site and any Software, Content, or Product contained therein, unless specified and marked “Addendum” on the site.
